today for self-care sunday i am keeping it quick cuz it’s fathers day and such. my anxiety’s been pretty cruddy lately and so i needed to do something grounding. i chose to walk around barefoot in the grass cuz i looovee how it feels between my toes and it was super nice outside, warm an breezy~ i like physical-sensory stuff to bring me back in touch with the here and now. im also using my honey mask i got from lush :3 it smells really good and makes my face feel tight when i wear it so i like the sensation. plus its got some exfoliating stuff that feels nice when i was it off. and of course, i remembered to drink water today (which i forget a lot) :p happy sunday!!!!!
